Summary0000193: Support of record mode (stop, cut, wrap) for USS files on MVS
DescriptionBased on the fact that the binary read over the RTE does not work, we can not support the record mode for USS files on MVS. If issue 192 solved, then we can read and write USS files in binary form and support all features.

We use only FILEDATA binary and add length field, numbers (REL) and print control characters for records and delimiter for text data by our self.
