If UTF-8 detected and all character in the first block are smaller then 128 and later an EILSIG is encountered, then a special condition code must be issued to run FLCL with the correct singel byte code page again. | ||||||||

Add support for special condition codes to CLEP and issue the special condition code 112. Special condition codes ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 112 - After a UTF-8 char set detection based on characters smaller then 128 (50%) a EILSIG error can occur at read. In this case it makes sense to run the command again with the correct ASCII CCSID, for example Latin1. |
