Maintenance
Every professional user of FLAM signs a maintenance agreement that encloses the following elements:
- Permission to use the copyrighted software for productive and commercial purposes
- Software maintenance, bugfixes and change requests
- Adaptation of the software to new versions of the respective system platform
- Providing new versions and releases of the licensed software components
- Error corrections and integration of customer requests
- Support (e-mail, hotline, issue tracker)
- Training, consulting and support services
A valid maintenance agreement is precondition for submitting service calls subject to the agreement's terms and conditions.
