Every professional user of FLAM signs a maintenance agreement that encloses the following elements:

  • Permission to use the copyrighted software for productive and commercial purposes
  • Software maintenance, bugfixes and change requests
    • Adaptation of the software to new versions of the respective system platform
    • Providing new versions and releases of the licensed software components
    • Error corrections and integration of customer requests
  • Support (e-mail, hotline, issue tracker)
  • Training, consulting and support services

A valid maintenance agreement is precondition for submitting service calls subject to the agreement's terms and conditions.
